Mum-to-Be Program

Are you, or someone you know pregnant? Are you hoping to find the transition from woman to mother a natural one? Some women do, but most don't - it's just not spoken about. There's so much information available, so many experts to tell us what to do, motherhood is actually overwhelming, can be very stressful and at times you feel completely inadequate. We want it to be the joyous and magical time it should be.  We want you to feel confident, grounded and clear about the decisions you make for you and your baby's wellbeing. Coaching provides those things and more, in a gentle, encouraging and supportive way. Antenatal classes and midwives are wonderful, but focus on the more physical aspects. Women need someone to help them manage the emotional and mental changes ahead.
Together we will formulate a plan to help you prepare for the new role you're about to undertake.  There's no set curriculum because it's different for every mum.  What you want will dictate some aspects of what we focus on.  It's a tailor-made quide. Our children - and their dads - want mum to be happy. That is all your family really needs. The media and societal norms have construed it to be more complicated than that, but it’s not.  You would hire an accountant to handle your taxes.  You would see a dentist to fix your tooth. Why wouldn't you hire a Maternity Coach when bringing a new life into the world - one of the biggest things you will ever do? The fee for two 60-minute sessions is $240 per month for a minimum of 3 months.
